Should I Expect More From Cust. Support? Topic

Big picture here, what are you trying to say?

?????? What exactly were you expecting?

Wow! I am shocked that anyone actually cares about the prospect, rookie, pro, etc. rating.

steelerstime, you can't be serious?

+1.

Weird... why would something like that matter to anyone? and if you've already "made the decision to stop supporting this company before Dec" and are moving on, why worry about something like that? Personally, I'd rather WIS staff spend their time on things that actually affect the game, not answering to tickets like yours about things that don't really impact anything or anybody

That's such a "Green's favorite part."

My favorite part is that customer support actually encountered somebody more retarded than themselves.

Never thought I'd see the day.

I guess my point is, I've never seen that, yet customer support thinks an exhibition season can get you to pro.

If they actually think or believe something as simple as that, can you really expect any value at all from customer support. Why be shocked that they remove then reinstate a tanker, or declare there are no aliases anywhere in WIS, or change the game sim in relation to power and then reverse their position on it.

And for WIS to say the use of the veto violates fair play, then don't be surprised by any and all actions taken by WIS, to your satisfaction or disatisfaction.

says the measly veteran

Aw man! I always look at these threads after the first post has been deleted by the thread starter (presumably because of sheer embarrassment after an asinine question/statement). Can someone indulge me? what was he whining about???

I would also like to know; this looks like it could be a laugh.

steelerstime was whining about a CS response that he didn't like .. I *think* these are the facts:

a user's status (prospect/rookie/pro/vet/HoF) was "pro" even though the guy had only one HBD team on his resume ... steelerstime submitted a ticket to CS asking about this ... CS said the user was pro for having both the HBD team and having played a free exhibition season in baseball SimLeagues

something about those simple facts made steelerstime mad for some reason

he also threw in some other random rant points that didn't have much to do with the premise of the post

Well as long as he's just a pro. If he were a veteran then that'd be an outrage, and my feathers would be extremely ruffled.
