Do player ratings improve/decrease? I haven't been able to put my finger exactly on it yet.

once per day, about an hour after gametime in the 1/day worlds not sure, but I guess it would be 2x day in the 2 game/day worlds.

Hasn't really seemed like it. Not positive, though. I'm going to monitor it more closely.

If you open your team roster (clock on your team banner on top of page), and look at the ratings tab at the bottom, it will show your increases/decreases for the current season.

Practice is run shortly (within an hour, usually less) after each game is played.
