Involved = what percentage of shots a player is taking in relation to the rest of the team... If you have a player with a Off% of 13, it means he is taking 13% of your teams total shots. However, don't get this number confused with offensive distribution as it does not mean how many plays are run for a given player. The Off% takes into cosideration put-backs from offensive rebounds and such.
