It has been WAAAYYY too long since a low cap league went down. Time to put an end to that.

20 mil cap. No clones or WW. One '1-1-1-A' rated rook who will be 100% effective at SF-PF-C.

These leagues are awesome and crazy. Definitely a blast trying to find the guy who will dominate.

Jump on in for crissakes. Without out a doubt a better time than trying to sculpt a squad that fits the parameters of the current engine's chocolate chip express.

Yup. I will put the request in. You know there will be at least one re-start, but that is the plan.

I'd like to get into bball again. Low cap sounds good since I suck at regular cap leagues. Sign me up.

Hey Shap. Why not make it a $21 or $22 Million league and then eliminate the rook? Admin always screws up the rooks.

going to keep it at 20 and cross my fingers w/admin. it isn't that hard - hopefully they don't f-ck it up.

Shap how many minutes can a 1-1-1 A rated rook play with no fatigue? I was thinking that these rooks can play about 40 minutes per game. My interest is growing.
