You will choose one Franchise when you sign up, and draft the second after we are full. Number next to each Franchise is the order for the draft (only 24 of the 28 will be taken). Rank was determined by Franchise wins from 1969-2008. Each Franchise may only be chosen once in the initial sign-up and once in the draft round. Example: You choose Toronto when signing up, and thus would draft your second Franchise no later than fourth. Or if you choose the Reds when signing up, anyone taking the Yankees, Red Sox, Dodgers or A's would draft after you in the second round.

To be eligible for playoffs, your team must draft at least 1700 PA and 500 IP from each of your Franchises. Because Franchises may only be taken once at sign-up, please be sure you will stick with the league before signing up.

Seattle.....but have you thought about freshening it up a bit by making it 1960 so that it would energize some of the franchises that nobody ever takes?

Damn you achilles! Wanted to take Seattle with that 2nd team. Oh well, prob only need one team anyways. :)

I'm open to discussion of the time frame. My concern with going back to 1960 is that it would weaken the expansion franchises. And some of the less popular teams might gain value, but so would the powerhouses with Mantle, Howard, Williams, Yaz, Koufax, etc.
