when running uptempo, is it more effective offense to give an even number of distobution to all your players, like all 0's rather than giving a large disto to 2 or 3 of your players? If so, Does it work for all offenses?

Only if your players have a fairly even level of offensive talent.

i recommend not using all 0s. sometimes, it works decently - meaning it very possibly could work better than a poorly set distro page. but, it teaches you 0 about how to set distro better, and there is no doubt properly set distro is way better than all 0s.

that said, you basically never want even distro to all of your players. look at your best offensive player. if he is honestly about equal with your worst offensive player, then i guess you could set them evenly, but then you really need to work at building a team that is more specialized. usually, at most, your top 2-3 guys will be roughly equal offensively, and you want to give them a lot more shots than your 10th man.
