What is the least money spent you've seen/done when landing a recruit at D3. I had a guy that said he was interested in my school but I only spent $80 on him. I only have money enough to offer one more scholly, do I have a shot at this guy?

I have signed guys with just a phone call, letter and scholarship offer so you do have a shot. I'm not sure how common that is but it can happen...

absolutely. i have used many a $120 special in my day, though you may have to spend more like $150 total nowadays...

I did one with 100$ for scholarship and 10$ for promised start. Totally worth it

lol, thanks for the info guys...I ended up going with the guy I spent $1800 on who was undecided so hopefully that pays off. Thanks again.
