if i have a point guard with ex-25 reb and 40 we and i put 5 minutes

into reb.. will he decrease on at least stay the same...or is

7-10minutes standard for keeping a rating where it is..

at 5 minutes and 40 work ethic, what will happen depends how much the guy plays and his potential. 7 minutes will always be enough to maintain a category, 3 for lp/per. but usually 5 is enough for most players, if your guy is getting at least 10mpg or so he is probably fine. also, if a category is capped and close to it, 0 minutes is the way to go.

i like recruiting 20 reb guards (div3) and would like to keep

them there without using precious minutes. i give them
