I thought AI only recruited to fill 10 spots and took 2 walkons? Or is that only when you miss recruiting and they recruit for you? Here is an AI team with 9 freshmen, all of whom are on scholarships.

sims used to do that. but, if people stole their targets, they would wind up with more walkons. now, they will target guys from the first cycle to get to 10 scholarship players, but will go back and target more guys later.
