If/when we get 24 guys we go to random.org and assign one franchise to one person for the first round. We will post everyone's pick in a forum and then just rotate the franchises until we all have a pick from each of the 24 franchises. Each pick is exclusive to that franchise. We can have Kenny Lofton from different franchises but only one from Cleveland for example. The 25th pick will come from a wild card team.
