Over the last few days, I noticed that my team had some personal improvements. Assumedly, my team was practicing; I was receiving emails about individual players etc.

Now it says that all my playes haven't improved and the total 'season change' for each player is 0.

I submitted a ticket for this.

They re-set everything to how it was at the beginning of the season before exhibition games.

same in Allen - I sure hope that they will NOW run the improvement cycles for the exhibition game days and give us that improvement - or it will render the exhibitions useless for improvement and hurt teams with new players....

Well, of course they will. They reset the games so that you are going to replay them. After you play each exhibition games you will practice.

ah, cool, I didnt even think to look at the schedule - its back to the future - flux capacitors at 88 mph!

Those letters are telling you the player in question is not going to gain points because they have reached their potential already. You have minutes above the minimum level required to maintain them in that area (7 minutes for all but PE/LP and 3 for PE/LP). That evaluation of practice minutes happens on the 0200am cycle.

without practice, we should not be getting letters. the numbers were reset to the where they were when the world rolled over, essentially erasing all improvement from the 2 exhibition games. this reset was done on the afternoon of 5/23, the world was "frozen." yet these emails came at three different times after the freeze and without any practice happening.
