If I have 3 coaches all looking for lets say a bench coach ML job at $2M a piece and I offer it to one of them, will the other 2 drop back down to AAA type requests and money demands after the first one is signed?....or do they continue their search at $2M somewhere else? Thanks.

they'll most likely continue to look for the same level or better, so for ML guys, don't expect them to accept a downgrade.

What if they were AAA, didnt get their move to ML? Do they look at other clubs, or go back to AAA at the level they were in last season?
