This is a straight Franchise league. Each owner drafts a franchise (historical Franchises... Buffalo belongs to L.A. Clippers, Capitols/Bullets/Wizards, etc).

Draft order is determined by previous season's results. Champion selects first then returning owners are slotted based on order of regular season finish. New owners are seated at the end of the draft (in the order they claimed a spot).

47 Mil Cap, No WW, No rookies

Just FYI, technically the Capitols and Wizards franchises were never one...the Washington Capitols disbanded in the early 50s and the Wizards franchise history looks like this...

Chicago Packers - Chicago Zephyrs - Baltimore Bullets - CapitAl Bullets - Washington Bullets - Washington Wizards

Just saying.
