PF/C recruits Topic

Is it just me or are the recruits in Crum for PF/C very bad this year in D3? I'm finding within 200 miles that their core values are way lower than I anticipated. Most are very well rounded and seem more like SF potential. Even when I look to D2- only as small handful.

I do not see any problem. They are very similar to the recruits that have been recently generated in other worlds.

Crum's recruits were developed under the old engine.

totally agree friday....hardly any guys with high potential out there. I understand they were developed under old engine, but wonder if the potential aspect was done under new engine.
