Safely play him at 2B? He's 79/72. Granted he'll be below-average, but he won't kill you.
Now granted, ~.700 OPS with below-average defense at 2B is not a very valuable player, but he could be an ML player as a bench guy.
He reminds me of a 2B version of
Alex Flores. Sufficient defense, amazing MiL stats despite middling hitting ratings, a little bit of speed; more of a y-platoon split. Flores was a starter for me on my No Quitters team because I needed a cheap plug-in there so I could spend money elsewhere.
Those guys are good to have lurking in AAA because they can give you salary-cap flexibility, but they're not the type that you ever plan to have starting long-term.
