Should I send a CS ticket? Topic

I was battling for a recruit in Knight (Hamon, Transfer PG) with Vanderbilt. At the 5AM cycle I sent a CV and got an "in the lead" response. I sent calls and a package at the 11am cycle and got "we should meet, you look great." I never got a trailing message ever.

Then at the 2pm cycle, he signed with Vanderbilt.

I spent 56k on this kid. I never once got a trailing message. If I had, I would have offered a starting spot.

The only message that matters is the scholarship message. What was the last schollie message that you received?

A full day earlier was the last one I got. It wasn't a trailing message, or if it was, it's a close trailing:

"Coach, you have a little more selling to do - don't get me wrong, you're close, but there are other schools that have indicated a possible interest in me.

Joshua Hamon"

The next message I got after that was not a scholly message and read:

"My whole family has attended Florida St. and assuming no other school will 'wow' me, I intend on carrying the tradition!

Joshua Hamon"

Which I thought was a leader only message. Along with the 'i can't wait till the first day of practice message"

The ticket won't do any good.

Ellison, unfortunately as dalter indicated the only message that counts is the scholarship message. The last one you got is not a lead its one of the many vague one's that could kind of go either way and unless you keep track of them you won't know. I know from experience that message indicated barely trailing.

Lame. I would have offered a start....I figured I'd get a clear scholarship trailing message. Oh well, 60k down the drain

now you know, and knowing is half the battle. the other half is profanity-laced sitemails and then the 3rd half is jwelsh's alternative lifestyle.
