It's funny actually. I submitted a ticket yesterday with multiple questions, one of which pertained to the times that the games were simming. I was told by CS that the issue had been found, resolved, and that the sim times hadn't been an issue for over a week. Well, last night (or early morning if you prefer) when 5 of my teams stilled hadn't had their games simmed by 4:30 a.m., I updated my ticket and told them that they may want to go back and make sure the issue was ACTUALLY resolved since it obviously hadn't been. Their response to my updated ticket was that they were aware of the issue and were having a hard time locating the problem. Okay, cool, but then what the hell was the first response about when they stated that they had FIXED the problem and the games had been simming at the right time for the better part of two weeks? Does anyone in CS actually know what's going on or is it all just a guessing game?
