Had that happen too. Did you do the extra step? After submitting, it takes you to the FAQ page and at the bottom it asks if you are "sure" you want to submit the ticket. Confusing as hell.

doomey - - damn - bingo!! didnt see that one before ...arrgh. I was hoping they had just been dismissed and I wouldnt have to rewrite them.
