From the latest update news:
"For instance, if a player racks up 82 service days in season 1, then 81 more service days in season 2, he still has not earned a year of service time as 163 falls short of the required 172. In season 3, he earns 180 more days of service. Following the update, he will continue to earn a year of service time after season 3, and he will start season 4 with 171 service days."
I think they meant to say 176 days, instead of 180, since there are only 176 days in a season. The way this is described, it sounds like if you have someone up for all 176 days then you could add more than 1.000 years of time to the clock, since all days in excess of 172 carry over. Is that correct?
Let's say a player gets to 161 days, and then plays full time every year after that. After year 2, he would have 1.165, and then after year three it would be 2.169, and then 4.001? He would essentially skip from 2 to 4 service years and immediately be eligible for arb.
I am hoping and assuming that admin didn't mean that you can accrue more than 1.000 years of service in a season.
