Its season 9 in World Ripken Jr and we have the eqiuivalent of this years NBA free agecny times 10. We have 4 stud FA SP, at least 3 stud position players. If not more I only know the main ones im keeping my eyes on. Multiple teams have been plannin for this off season including myself, and many have over 50 million in available payroll.

All of those guys I expect will recieve multiple max offers.

What are the deciding factors when this happens? I heard there is prestige, like in HD..

How much does returning to the former team help? The best position player is from my team, and id like to bring him back..

So the hitting and pitching coach matter more then how good the rest of the team is or the chances they have of winning the world series? Or even how good they have been in the past?
