When you get your "player upside" e-mail from your assistant coach, each player has big upside, limited upside, or nothing for a particular category. I know what big upside means, and I assume if a category isn't listed, it's an average upside. What about limited upside? Does that mean there's no room for improvement and I should limit the practice mins to 3/7/etc? Or is that just an indicator that there's only a little room left, and once he maxes out I'll get that e-mail from the asst coach saying "that's all i can get from him" once he maxes out?
Thanks.
