RPI's came out for DI last night in Allen World, but DII and DIII RPI's were not posted?

RPIs were supposed to display after 8 games under the new engine - I thought it was weird that we got them up in DI.  They'll be out tomorrow.

Seble said that RPIs come out after all teams have played 7 games.  So in d1 all the teams must have played seven games (which is weird scheduling-wise), but there are teams in d2 and d3 who have not played all 7 game yet, hence the RPIs are not out yet.

There are still no posted RPI's after 8 games in Allen for DII and DIII.

It's Northwood in DII- Great lakes conference http://www.whatifsports.com/hd/TeamProfile/Ratings.aspx?tid=7234 that hasn't played 7 games yet.  I bet there's an example of that in DIII as well.

I have never seen a season yet in all these years where after 8 games every team hasn't played 7 games, why now this year?
