Vets I need your help ASAP with my team Topic

Should have probably asked for help after the non-conf but better late than never... When I inherited this time two seasons ago they were one of the worst SIM teams in the conference which is why I wanted to coach them in hopes that within a couple of seasons they can start to be competitive.  I have read the help forums and guides, have tried several starting line ups, changed up distro, and I think the most frustrating thing is that I can't even beat the SIM teams.  I didn't expect to make the PIT this year and I have a tough conference but the SIM teams walk all over me and that really bothers me.

Any suggestions for how I can make this team any better and at least prepare them for a much more successful season next year?

I am currently running motion/ press ( switched them from zone last season).

Any line up changes I should make?
What should my distro look like?
What should my offensive team game plan look like besides constantly running slowdown?

I appreciate any advice that could get me on the right track.

center - bookmiller, miles, leveille
pf - stokely, styles, mathis
sf - rogers, letourneau,
sg - morrison, preston,
pg - escobedo, preston,

slowdown.........too many big men and not enough guards is an issue. ..........most shots to escobedo, bookmiller, morrison, rogers, leatourneau, stokely

yeah my next recruiting period will focus more on guards.

I always thought LeTourneau was the better SF because of the LP factor.  I never would have thought to put Rogers there due to low Reb and LP.  Will that really work with him starting there?

Any game planning advice besides the slowdown?

Shouldn't have went with press. I'd switch back to zone.
