I am certainly not trying to steal anyone's formula, I normally do extensive ranking via excel for the Amateur draft, but this season probably won't have as much time.  I have been tinkering with the Formula builder and can't seem to get it even remotely close to my manual rankings...

If anyone has used it successfully would you mind sharing tips that you learned while using the formula builder?
