The Big Sky jobs available (Southern, Montana, Idaho State, and Sacramento State) are better than most of the jobs fwiw.

But their baseline is low, so there's weirdness going on.  I mean, most of the people who can qualify for A- Southern would also qualify for B Louisville... and it's really tough to pick the D baseline over the A- baseline.


But yeah, if you want to succeed right away, then Southern or Montana is a much better choice than, say, Seton Hall.

Southern is a lock NT team.  They are awesome next year.  I don't qualify.

Neither do I, but I wouldn't apply if I did.  D baseline is fun to build to an A-, not pick up at an A- and desperately try to maintain.

Not to nitpick, but Southern is "A" prestige and there's only a dozen or so teams on par or higher...for now. :)
