I'm having a problem moving between teams - stuck - tried clearing cookies....anyone else having such a problem?  is it me or is it WIS?

I had the same problem yesterday on IE. I went into Internet Options and deleted cookies, temp files and cleared history then logged out and back in. It works fine now.

this might be too late, but logging in and out should fix it.  Has happened to me a couple of times.

Anyone else still having this problem, I have cleared out he history and cookies and logged in and out about 6 times and still stuck. I sent in a ticket, but if anyone has any other suggestions I would appreciate it.

After cookies and history, my next step would be Norton 360. If that doesn't work, try your ISP. After that, it has to be something with WIS and how you connect with them.

I never had this problem before - but logging in and out didnt fix it, clearing cache didnt fix it, clearing cookies didnt fix it

we just rolled out some new stuff at work, so maybe the firewalls have changed - but it is odd - I can get into HD but can only get to one page and then locked

works fine ....so far....with wisjournal.com......

I will try wisjournal.com....I have so far tried 3 different computers and 4 different ISP's with no luck. The kicker is the site works fine with my phone

bigpop, if you're using Internet Explorer make sure when you clear cookies that you uncheck the box "Preserve Favorites website data" at the top of the list under Delete Browsing History.

I still have this problem with backlevel IE versions.  I cannot duplicate it with Firefox, Opera or Chrome.  It is a problem in the way IE interacts with the code on the site and probably has something to do with something stuck in a temp file somewhere (one of the hidden ones).  It is not a problem with your ISP.
