Well, I don't know the answer, but I just recruited this DIII Center:

Here was my thinking ... 77, 76, 76 whether he grows or not. I know you can grow WE by giving Fr. players some playing time ... maybe I can grow his WE by playing him a lot if he performs well as a Fr.
I should know more about this type of player after this season.
If I can grow his WE to 15-20 by the time he is a Sr., he might be OK (he needs some ATH, Defense, and Passing ... all of which I should be able to grow if I can get his WE up).
If I can not get his WE up, he should be a decent rebounder and scorer at Div III with 70's in cores for a Center anyway.
Or, maybe I am crazy and he will suck (I'll know soon enough :D)
