If I've got multiple pitchers set to SuA and all set to be available in the 7th inning, how does Sparky decide who comes in, assuming all are at 100%?  

Does he use overall rating?

I use the 3 SuA and 2 SuB configuration and I've noticed that my SuA with the highest overall gets brought in most often, and between my two SuBs the one with the higher overall rating seems to get brought in before the other.  Does anybody know for certain if this is actually the case?

I would hope not, because OVR is not a good indicator of talent.

Sparky definitely does not use overall.  He uses his determination of the best reliever, which I believe is heavily weighted towards splits.
