JC Recruit w/High Potential Topic

Just want to clarify.  If a JC player (Junior) has High potential in a  category, will he improve at a more rapid rate than a normal freshman with High potential?  He only has 2 years to reach that potential as opposed to 4?

No, he'll improve at the same rate.  Improvement rate is tied to WE, playing time, and distance from cap... that's it.

so if a JC player is listed with high potential, does that still mean at least 20 points of improvement?

They're less likely to cap out (the same way that a 4-year player that gets drafted after his sophomore year is less likely to cap out,) but they have the same amount of improvement possible as a 4-year player with the same rating + potential.

You'll see from my examples that if you've got a strong WE and playing time, you can still get 150 or so points of improvement in the two years.
