I think its messed up that a team can get two earlier picks for a lesser TYPE A FA then another team may get for a better TYPE A all because the better TYPE A took longer to sign.. Also sometimes TYPE B picks are lower then the 1st TYPE A pick if the signing team is picking lower then 12th..  The TYPE A's should go 1st then the TYPE B's..

It gets adjusted once prospects come out.
