I use the formula builder as a start to ranking my draft, but believe it could be made more useful.
1)  Move speed from overall to hitters only. Running speed varies greatly in pitchers and is (almost) useless.
2)  Move durability from overall to both pitchers & hitters.  Doesn't have same meaning in both.
3)  Separate starting pitchers & relief pitchers.
4)  Separate catchers from other hitters.
5)  Allow users to change player positions for their drafts.  IMO at least 1/3 of SS are really 3B & almost all DH's could be listed as either C or 1B.

Setting values by position, or position type would be useful - What is valuable in a shortstop/ middle infielder isnt going to be the same things that are valued in a 1st baseman / Corner OF, etc.
