My school is on probation.  My program status says Probation (10/12).  does this mean I only may have 10 scholarship players?  I am in a recruiting period right now, and it says I have 7 scholarships available to give (5 players returining).  I don't understand why I would be allowed to give out all 12 scholarships is my probation has taken two away.  How does it get enforced?  Does anyone know about this?

and I think probation means just that you better watch out - unless it says also that you are banned from postseason or unless your number of available schollies was reduced
