Oldest running sim league needs 2 owners.

Draft league, Serpentine style.
-order based on previous finish, non playoff teams first, then by playoff ouster. Select draft spot based on this order, new owners go last.
-42 mil
-draft 7 total and all drafted are exclusive.  Remaining spots are anyone not drafted and not exclusive.

I'm thinking we are overly full.  If that's the case, then scudsy can have my place since I'm still waffling and grumpy about the salary changes.  However, if I'm needed to keep this beast on track then I'll stay in.
