Moving up to D1? Topic

2 part question here

#1 besides not renewing is there any other recourse when dialogue with customer support isn't working.

# can someone look at my resume and tell me why I was not qualified for any D1 jobs during the last job app period. I am A+ in both Loyalty and Reputation.

I suspect it's because you only have 2 seasons in DII with no NT victories

Almost every coach is A+ in Loyalty and Reputation so you don't gain much there.  The few who are less than A+, though, have very little chance to move up until they improve.

In response to CS, 1) did you get no response? OR 2) was the response unsatisfactory?  

Some coaches have messed up in the 'send' process and their question wasn't received. . So, make sure your ticket is present under your ticket history.

I don't think you can just discount 34 seasons worth of work into what happened the last two. Unfortunately there's a what have you done for me lately formula that is prevented you from moving up.

I got a response from CS and they kept referring me to KB 232. I read the article and questioned it in regards to how it applied to me and they referred me back to the article with no answer to my question. I actually have 4 seasons in D 2 with 2 NT appearances ant 1 PT appearance.

I believe it's the # of seasons at your current school that's important, not your total # of D2 seasons.  You might've moved up more quickly by staying at Winston-Salem, instead of moving to SW Minnesota

That is understandable, and if that is the reason I am fine with that explination, but CS has chosen to play dumb and act annoyed that I sent in a ticket
