Question for the panel.  I have never found an effective use for the Roogys and Loogys even though I have often had pitchers that I thought were good fits for those roles.  They just don't come in 1) when I want them to and 2) often enough to waste a roster spot.  If you agree, what suggestion would you make to makes these roles more realistic?  If disagree, any advice on utilization?

Further adding to my question is that when I leave the bullpen without Specialists, my best Set Up guy comes in first no matter his or the hitters handedness.  This is aggravating when playing a well constructed lineup when my lefty set up guy comes in to face a RHB and when he runs out of pitches, my righty set up guy comes in to face a LHB.    

I have found that with an appropriate bullpen setup (for having specialists, I went with 1 LRA, 2 setup A and 2 Setup B, then 1 RHS & 1 LHS) ,and appropriate Pitch Counts (5-15) and Inning Available settings (I went "Any" here, I think. Been a while), it works out just fine. I had a pair one season both post era's around 1.50 and they have been killed as normal RP. Just my experience though.
