Is there no option for Future Stars Recruiting in Puerto Rico?  They are not considering it International, but I don't see PR on the map anywhere to have the option to select it.  Am I blind or is it not an option?  Thanks guys

They're in 'no man's land'. They're not considered international, but they have no FSS either
