What do you mean by ranking? Plague includes the owners with the most WS in his leaders thread.

Plague's list is a start, but there should be a WIS page displaying all-time owners win percentages, seasons, WS victories, and so on.  Could even show minor league winning percentage (for fun).  Would also be interesting to see which leagues have the owners with the most experience.

I guess my point of putting it in the suggestions forum would be that WIS would eventually add it as a feature to the software.
