Quick question. When applying for jobs what does "keep looking" mean? Is it similar to "longshot"? Better or worse chance than longshot?...I applied for a "keep looking" and was rejected before jobs even opened. If I apply again is there a chance I could get it? Thanks in advance coaches.

'Keep Looking' is basically a combination of 'Longshot' and 'Step Backwards', meaning you have a very small chance of getting the job (longshot) and if you get the job, your loyalty will take a hit (step backwards).

And I know, it doesn't make much sense to have the 'Keep Looking' category.

Can't apply again to same school, but you can apply up to 4 times. Is this re: Phelan? Where are you looking to move? Feel free to site mail if you prefer.

I've never heard of anybody being hired by a "keep looking" school.

dw, if you are looking for a solid 25-win program on Phelan, I'm hoping to get my hometown Big East school (Villanova) and would be leaving Long Island. I'd really like to see a good coach take over and make a another NT run. The team comes with a superstar shooting guard (Robert Prado) and four solid big men.
