I had shown interest in a recruit and had not spent much on him, but did offer a scolly.  After the second cycle of recruiting he was considering another school, so I did not want to waste any more money on him.  Now today at the 1:00 cycle I get an email that says hey coach we need to talk about that scholarship offer.  Did the other guy pull an offer?  Do I need to go after him hard and heavy, got plenty to spend?

You get scholarship emails every so often.  What did it say?  Is the other school still on him, is he considering you and the other school or just the other school?

Maybe the recruit dropped down to him late and that was the notifying email from the recruit

Here was a response I received at 11:00 am, haven't even recruited since the first or second cycle.

I've been thinking about your program and I think I'd really fit in there. Give me a ring, I'd like to know what W. Texas A&M has to offer.

Then got this email in the 2:00 cycle, still no efforts on my part since the first or second cycle.  Signings start tonight at 8:00


Coach, thanks again for the scholarship offer. I do like your program, but I have to tell you, I really feel like I need more information about your program before I could say yes or no.
