Fastbreak has worked for me this season. Any offense is good if you recruit for it. Here are the needs in my opinion....

Fastbreak- ATH, SPD, STA

Motion- PA, BH, LP, PER

Triangle- LP, PER, PA

Flex- SPD, PER, PA, BH

what level are you talking mb? there is a lot of debate if the offenses are really that different, but i have always felt there is one glaring difference between motion and triangle. motion is best with a balanced offense, triangle is best with a slanted offense, and its not even close or debatable in my mind.

today, with so many more slanted players, the chance of having a great balanced offense is slim. triangle just makes so much more sense for that reason, IMO. i feel like fastbreak could also be very successful, it requires less lp/per than any other and with free throw shooting rising in importance, fast break seems to be the big winner from that change.

Fastbreak is the only offense that is a must to have STA. This system also requires you to be a deep team. If your a deep team, why wouldnt motion work out as well?

well, you are right, the stamina change is not favorable to fb at all.

and fb does require you to be a deep team. but to me, it does not at all require you to be a deep team offensively. if you have 2 primary scorers on both lines, and 10 quality players, then that would be a team that could work out well for fb but not motion.
