Scouting Budget Question Topic

If team A and team B have the same advanced scouting budgets are they going to see the same projections on all players? It would make sense either way because having the same budget should yield the same results, but different scouts would see different things even if paid the same amount. I'm just curious because I've seen guys who look like future all-stars and someone with the same budget says they aren't interested in them. I'm trying to figure out if it's different interpretation of ratings or seeing different numbers altogether.

I never had 2 teams in one league to read similtaneously but different interpretation makes a lot more sense.

A bit tedious, but you could email or post a picture of an insignificant player, and have someone with the same budget do the same. Like this guy...

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that even if you have the same adv. scouting budget, you'll see different projections than someone else with the same amount budgeted.  Why should it work any different than the draft and IFA scouting?

I'm pretty sure the projections are different, but I've never tested it with another owner with the same scouting budget (or otherwise). But it does seem like projections vary from year to year, even if I keep the same adv scouting budget. I don't keep detailed records, though, like some others do.

I got the answer to my question. Apparently, even with the same scouting budget guys will see different projections for the same player. This does make sense but I thought the projections that the two teams would see would be closer than the examples I've seen.

I've NEVER seen projections change from season to season, provided I've carried over the same advanced scouting.
