I was just on live and was not paying attention when some newb typed a message in open chat mentioning that " HE IS NEW TO THIS".  I kicked myself for not paying attention. Incase you guys forget LIVE is kinda confusing at first. And patience is needed when dealing with newbs but we need to be a little more helpful if we want LIVE to become healthy again.

Even if its just an exhibition, even if you need live games to meet live min. Please for love of GOD play these newbs and take them under your wing. WE NEED FRESH BLOOD! There are plenty of newbs that make their way in the live arena and just sit there before they get bored and leave. They may not even be aware of why WE only want to play the league games that count. Take the time to clue them in that its always necessary to change game speed to FAST and so on. We can strengthen our live ranks by being more inviting

Yeah, I'm as guilty as the next guy of ignoring the non-league challenges and talk from novices, but that may be less than ideal for the LIVE community...

I see that while I was away you guys ran this game into the ground but I am back now and prepared to take all the newbies under my wing and build this up to where it was before

I just played 3 totaly brand spank'n Newbs this weekend. I answered questions, gave them helpful hints on Live Play that in the past I would have ignored their challenges. One of them just joined a live league. If others can do this also IT WOULD REALLY HELP OUT ALOT with our live ranks. Its not hard and it only takes 10 minutes to possibly sell this game

I remember when you first started playing achilles around late 2008 i haven't played alot a pick and choose i only play live leagues it is a shame the way it has gotten to i mean i joined this 120m open league first live league in like a year i think hope it picks up good post achilles

I have no problem with 1 or 2 games but when it's the same player asking me to play against his same teams with roided-up Bonds and McGwire in Coors Field, and then he tells me flat out that he isn't joining my league before asking me to join his, well then I have to draw the line somewhere.

I think after atleast one game.....They will become familiar with the layout
