Hi everyone, I'm the head coach of Michigan and I just recruited a 5 star player with 1 work ethic.  I am starting him and hes currently playing 17 minutes a game.  Should I expect to see his WE climb as the season progresses.  We are currently 3-0 and his WE hasnt moved yet.  Thanks for any info!

It'll improve, but not much at all.  Hopefully with you starting him, the gains he'll make during the season will offset the drop you'll get in the offseason...but don't look for WE to improve more than a couple points.

I honestly thought 1 WE players never improved.  I don't know that though.

I will say that it took 14 starts for me last season to get a player last season to move from a 13 WE to 14.  I wouldn't hold your breath on seeing an increase.

ok...well, if I recruit over him or he falls out of the rotation later in his career...then his WE can never go any lower....so would he ever transfer?

I signed this 1 WE guy last season in D1 Iba - Planned on using him as a career back-up - 705 Overall rating as a freshman - http://whatifsports.com/hd/PlayerProfile/Ratings.aspx?tid=5899&pid=1651599

He finished his freshamn season with an overall of 710 - Started his Soph season with an overall rating of 698 - He is also about a half letter grade behind his classmate in Off/Def sets
