Triangle distro Topic

Was wondering if an effective triangle offense can be run through 2 big men.  My Florida Southern team in Naismith http://whatifsports.com/hd/TeamProfile/Ratings.aspx?tid=2714 has a PF and C with very high LP ratings.  Moulder starts at point, Ray at SG and Shortridge at SF (or will when the season starts).   My plan was to set Frink and Nguyen at high distro's and try to run a rugged low post offense inside out with the guards sitting on the 3 point line.  Can a triangle work with 2 bigs getting the bulk of the distro?

In this scenerio, I would probably set my good shooters' 3pt% to +1 (or at least 0). It seems like the best way to take advantage of team defenses that adjust to stop the inside game.

Your bigs are good, but your other starters can support some distro as well.  I'd probably set that offense up as fairly balanced and adjust based on the defense you're facing.  Also, I'd be starting Kinsey over Ray by a long shot.  You give up a little offense, but you have enough offense between your forwards and center to take the hit.  The 70 point difference in defensive rating easily overcomes the offensive difference.

I had started Ray all last season figuring the team was young and the extra couple of work ethic points he got from starting would help in the long run, but I think you're right about Kinsey this year
