for my #1 draft pick, his signability is "may sign if the deal is right. has been offered some scholarships, etc".

I met his bonus demand.  His reply is that "he is content with my offer, but still unclear about his future".

my questions is this?  Is he guaranteed to sign with me in due time if I don't increase my offer?

He'll probably sign. Offering more won't increase the chances he signs though until he asks for more.

He will most likely sign with you. Don't increase your offer unless he asks for more money at which point if you do increase your offer he will sign with you. I have never seen a guy with the "may sign if..." for his signability not sign.

I've had guys ask for more money and when I gave it to them they signed the next cycle.

Surely you don't mean to imply that lesliechow could possibly be wrong? I thought I'd seen this also, but after lesliechow said it's not so, I realize I must be mis-remembering.
