Instead of one scouting report, have three kinds, for convenience call them:

"Conditioning" - covering ATH, SPD and STA
"Footwork" - Covering Defense, Shot blocking, rebounding and LP
"Floor game" Containing BH, Passing and Perimeter

Maybe add defense to the floor game as well (keep it in footwork) for scouting guards.  Need to add FT shooting somewhere as well.

Something like that, but regardless, if you divide it up, then you can at least decide what you are scouting.
