I plan on staying at the DI school I'm currently at for a long period of time in an effort to at least attempt to build the program up?
I know a reputation can hold you back from applying to other jobs. But I've already cut two players from my team (that I myself signed), and I'm down to a C+ reputation, but I still want to cut another. Is the only downside to a D+ reputation that I won't be able to acquire a new job for awhile? Or are there other effects as well?
