When you are bidding on Free Agent or International prospect, is there 
a way to see what the bids are from other clubs to make a good decision?

No.  It's meant to be a blind process, i.e. you don;t know who you're bidding against or whatr their bids are.

But with a little detective work, you can probably make a loosely educated guess as to who you are or are not bidding against by checking the other teams available payroll.
