It looks like you improved a lot this year compared with your last two years so I can only assume you won't be fired. You're a small conference team with 20 wins; unless I'm mistaken it's a lot more difficult to get fired from small conference schools.

I think you have to be in jeopardy for 3 years then you will get fired.

Not entirely sure as I have been lucky enough to not have it happen to me.
