HCA - From Human to AI Coached Topic

I just moved from BYU to Texas in Naismith.  After the rollover, I checked out BYU.  The HCA, which had been A+ for 10+ seasons, is now a C+.  Is that standard when a team goes from human coached to Sim coached?  If so, I can't thing of any justification for it.  Thoughts?

i seem to remember all sim teams have their hca reset at the beginning of each season
